Bioengineering
In this lecture, students will be learned about basic bioengineering such as microorganism, enzyme, fermentation, bioprocess, bioremediation, and genetic engineering.

The students learn about development of microorganisms, enzymes, and gene resources. The lecture will introduce examples of exploitation of bioprocess, sustainable industry, biomass, and bioresources.

Research Field
Objective of our Lab. is development of industrial microorganism and enzyme for bioprocess and bioremediation. Now, we are being studied the following works, especially.

1. Characterization of a novel lysoplasmalogen-specific phospholipase D.

2. Substrate recognition mechanism of ethanolamine oxidase.
