Around 7:30 pm on Thursday, there were more people than April 9, but less people than the ordinary Friday night.
Almost of them seemed to be people who came home from work.

■April 16, 2020: Sendai Station East and West Freepass
The recording was done at the a bench located near the east end of the
Sendai Station East and West Freepass, the same as April 4 and April 9. Also in this site, there were more people than April 9. Almost of the passersby walked
quickly, and few groups of people were talking while they walked.
