On the two days after the day when Japanese government decclare the state of
emergency, there were few people at the concourse of the Sendai station,
even in 8 pm. In this situation, the announcement from JR East was the
predominant sound at there. The recording point was the same as
April 4

■April 9, 2020: Sendai Station East and West Freepass
The recording was done at the a bench located near the east end of the
Sendai Station East and West Freepass, the same as April 4. So few people were there, even though it
was 8 pm on a weekdays. In this situation, the voices of young ladies
who just rendezvoused there were so impressive.
