On the cold Sunday amid the third rampancy of the COVID-19, a certain number
of people were in the concourse of Sendai Station. A market event where
pouch-packed curry were sold were held, and some market clerks wearing their
masks called passersby with loud voices.

The passersby on the free pass was also constantly, but not so crowded, on the
East and West Free Pass. Maybe because of the cold weather, benches
on the Free Pass were quite empty.
