■August 16, 2020: Sendai Station West Concourse (in front of the center gate)
On the last day of the Obon Holidays for many people, there were many people,
although clearly less than usual year, at the concourse of Sendai Station:
comparing to the last day of
the Golden Week holidays, there were clearly more people were there.
Almost all of the passersby were talking: this is another big differences
comparing to the last day of
the Golden Week holidays.
The market event was not so lively as the usual days before the COVID-19
issues. But the voices of clerks like "Irasshaimase (may I help you?)"
were somtimes heard.

■August 16, 2020: Sendai Station East and West Free Pass
Many people were passing through the East and West Free Pass. Regarding the
benches installed on the pass, more people were sitting on the benches
installed nearer the both end of the pass: 80 % at the center of the pass, and
almost full at the both end of the pass.
