Around 3:30 pm on Sunday just after the state of emergency was declared,
there less people than April
16. Near the recording point, a man was passing clothes to another
man. They said good-by just after they finished their business.

■April 19, 2020: Sendai Station East and West Freepass
The recording was done at the a bench located near the east end of the
Sendai Station East and West Freepass, the same as April 16. Also in this site, there were less people than April 16. The most
different point compared to April 16 was that some groups of people were
talking while they walked slowly.
