In the Tohoku Shinkansen Line, the message from Ministry of Land,
Infrastructure and Transport and Ministry of Ministry of Health, Labor
and Welfare, regarding the countermeasures for the infection of the
COVID-19 was broadcasted. However, the timing of the broadcast was so bad:
the Shinkansenn Line just went into a tunnel, and therefore, last half of
the message could not be heard clearly.
