| ♦ | Around 50 swans flew to the Abukuma river near residential area of Watari. Comparing with the numbers before the quake, about 10 or so swans, there were so many swans. |
| ♦ | A lot of crows take their perch near the river. |
| ♦ | A signboard shown in center picture showed that "Do not get near to the water gate (near here): the radiation level is especially high. Maybe because people did not come here, birds gathered here at ease. |
