	Memorandum ♦ Decontamination works at the houses next to my apartment began. The sound was recorded at the veranda of my room. ♦ There were more than ten workers. They removed the contaminated soil, dredged a gutter and packed the contaminated materials to packs, respectively. At the same time, radiation level was measured around the site. ♦ All workers wore their masks. ♦ Just before the recording, an unguarded deliveryman, who did not wear even a mask, passed through the site of the decontamination work.
