Don-do Yaki festival was held at Gokoku Shrine as usual year. Don-do Yaki
festival is a new year event that new year's ornaments and old talismans
are burned.
♦
Don-do Yaki festival was held from 1 to 3 January, 6 to 8 January, and 3 to
15 January this year: the festival days this year were one more day than
last year.
♦
Maybe because there was no bench around the fire like
last year, many of
the worshippers stayed around the fire only a short time, although
worshippers visited the shrine ceaselessly.
♦
Recorded Kagura music was played through PA Speakers, similar to usual year.
♦
I wish you a happy new year.
