| ♦ | Don-do Yaki festival was held at Gokoku Shrine as usual. Don-do Yaki festival is a new year event that new year's ornaments and old talismans are burned. |
| ♦ | Don-do Yaki festival was held from 6 to 8 January and from 13 to 15 January, this year: unlike last year, it was also held on Monday. |
| ♦ | While I was at the shrine, the flow of worshippers did not inturrupt. Also, there were some worshippers around the fire all of the time. |
| ♦ | Recorded Kagura music was played through PA Speakers, similar to usual year. |
