	Memorandum ♦ On a so hot day in early June, many children were playing at the park. ♦ On the bench next to play equipment, three mothers were talking ceaselessly. ♦ Some birds were twittering around the park, but the children's voices were more cheerful and powerful. ♦ The monitoring post at this park showed 0.097 μSv/h.
