| ♦ | Heavy snow covered Shinhama Park. Administrators of the park cleared away the snow. |
| ♦ | Some birds were singing in the cold park, but the number of the birds was less than usual. |
| ♦ | The monitoring post shows that the radiation level of the day was 0.104 μSv/h. Maybe because snow defilade the radiation, the radiation level was lower than usual. |
