An event named "Recovery from the quake disaster: Hoydzuki (ground cherry)
Market" was held at the Machi-naka Square.

|
Maybe because of the time (around 4 pm), not so much people were there.
Nontheless, it was first time for me that I saw people gathering at
this square after the quake.

Impulsive sounds heard several times in the recording were the sounds of
saloon rifle. Saloon rifle is one of the typical attraction at typical
Japanese festival.

The voice from a public address system was the voice of a member of a local
comedy group. As soon as he found people crossing a intersection to the
square, he spoke louder voice.
