This sound was recoreded at around 16:30. At that time, senior high school
students always go home. The recording day was very windy day.

A few people walk through this square, and a few people walk along the street
abutting on the square. No one (except I) stayed the square.

For me, caws of crows were impressive.

Constraction noises (maybe noises from restoration works) were also heard.
This kind of sounds is one of the distinctive sounds in Fukushima after
the quake: we hear frequently hear constraction noises at many places.
