	Memorandum ♦ Decontamination work was being done at the apartment house nearest from Fukushima University. ♦ The work of the day was cleaning roof and using high-pressure jet water machines and removing contaminated soil. ♦ Due to the heavy wind, contaminated water was diffused to large area.
