| ♦ | Decontamination work using a high pressure water jet remover system called "J Remover" was being done. |
| ♦ | The noise by this system was so loud. As soon as I got off my car at a parking area located over the eight stories building, I could hear this noise clearly. |
| ♦ | Students and University staffs passed through the working area freely. |
| ♦ | Today, no worker wore a mask. |
