In the current competitive product market, the organizations are struggling to keep the market share and higher level of competitive position. One of the keys to stay on the business, developing and offering the customer expected products are necessary. In the current research, new product development strategies for the current technology product market are designed. The developed strategies define the effective new product management method, such as competitive new product development and product design for higher level of customer satisfaction.
